Store display cardboard box that held Adolph Kiefer Swim Flippers the box showing a photo of Adolph Kiefer' face, and an illustration of a man swimming with the flippers and finally an illustration of the green flippers.  The box measures  14"  x 8 1/2" x 3".   The box has been shrink wrapped to help protect its outstanding condition. Adolph Kiefer was a US gold metal swimmer in the 1936 Olympics, that took place in Germany and is remembered for several reasons, one of which was Jesse Owens.  This box, manufactured by Adolph Kiefer & Co., Railroad Ave Glenview, ILL is undated but you would assume that it was produced soon after the 1936 Olympics.
   Box is in good+ ++ condition, with strong unfaded colors and no tears in the cardboard.  The top is a little concave  Only one like it on ebay and the box is a real work of art.
