This is the British Queen Victoria old stamp 2d lilac SG189 imperial crown watermark. 

From the 1883-1884 issues and is a Wonderful stamp indeed. Superb colour in this stamp.

The stamp is in good condition and is from Victoria's reign from the 19th century.
