New but frames on one side is off. This can be viewed in photo as the right arm doesn’t touch surface the same as the left side. Hinges of frames are not loose and tight like a new pair should be. Issue could be corrected with low heat from hair dryer and gentle manipulation. I will leave that for the buyer.
