For bid an original circa 1910's San Francisco, California CHINATOWN Howard Clinton Tibbitts photograph of “Chinatown San Francisco California," a great street scene (Dupont Street).  Man carrying a box on his shoulder in the immediate foreground.  Old circa 1910 automobile in the left distance (parked on the side of the cobblestone street).  Busy day in Chinatown. 

Howard Clinton Tibbitts (1863-1937) hand-wrote his description and negative number 15067 on the back in brown ink, but it was later crossed out in blue ink.

Photo is about 8 inches tall. Developed on thick 1910’s photographic paper! Original image of the ethnic CHINATOWN area of SF.  

Photograph is original but very worn.  Missing corners.  Has many stamps and writing on the back, etc.  A crease, etc.
