We are happy to refund for any unopened items within 30 days, provided we receive the item in new condition with sealed packaging. 30 day replacement warranty to cover factory defects. (Warranty does not cover any physical damages/ breakages due to use / play). No refund will be given to used items. Faulty units will be repaired under warranty.
The cars / tracks / parts may break upon impact, spare parts are available for purchase. Please check content and test all functions before driving off.

In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyers please send them back and we will send replacement once return received.

Delivery Time
