Late delivery/postage delays:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated eBay delivery time then please allow a few extra days before contacting us or eBay regarding your delivery. The delivery dates provided by eBay are estimated, and not guaranteed delivery dates. Like other small businesses, we rely heavily on Royal Mail and other national postal services to meet their delivery targets. Unfortunately they do not always meet these targets.
