2000 Japanese Sneasel No. 215 from the Pokémon Gold, Silver, to a New World… expansion, commonly associated with Neo Genesis. This is the original non-holo Rare set printing featuring artwork by Ken Sugimori and the vintage Japanese Pocket Monsters card back.

This card was personally pulled and immediately placed into a penny sleeve and then a top loader, where it has remained protected in my personal collection.

The card is raw and ungraded and is being listed as Near Mint or Better. It is an exceptionally clean, Mint-looking copy with sharp-looking corners, clean edges, and very little visible handling wear. Please review the exact-card front and back photographs carefully for centering, corners, edges, and surface condition.

This Sneasel artwork is particularly notable in Pokémon TCG history because the card’s powerful Beat Up attack led to it being specifically banned from the Modified tournament format.
