Every certified slab passes two rounds of manual inspection: we inspect seal integrity, label print quality, slab edges and internal card condition before packing. All orders use custom rigid slab crates, thick shock foam and waterproof outer packaging to eliminate cracking, denting or scuffs in transit. We request full unboxing video footage upon delivery for expedited damage resolution.
2. Full HD Pre-Shipment Visual Validation
We supply comprehensive high-resolution photos covering every angle of your slab (front, reverse, grading label, side seals and slab corners) before dispatch. Order cancellation is only approved if severe, obvious slab defects are visible in our pre-shipment media. Personal dissatisfaction with grading scores, minor factory printing flecks or subjective disliking of centering cannot qualify for pre-shipping cancellation.
3. Transparent Grading Scope Disclaimer
All slabs hold official authentication from PSA / BGS / CGC independent grading laboratories. We warrant zero critical flaws including creases, stains, deep edge wear or altered artwork within every slab.
Final numerical grades, sub-grades and population rankings are solely determined by third-party professional graders. We offer no guarantee of specific grade outcomes. Micro factory specks and minor natural centering deviation are inherent manufacturing traits and not classified as product defects.
4. Lifetime Authenticity & Untampered Slab Warranty
Every slab listed in our store is 100% official certified, unopened and factory-sealed. We never carry counterfeit slabs, resealed holders, doctored grading labels or repaired encapsulated cards. If any slab is confirmed counterfeit by official grading authorities, we issue a full order refund plus additional compensatory funds immediately, covering all associated testing costs.

Mandatory Collector Policy Terms
• All damage, condition or authenticity claims must be submitted with complete unboxing evidence within 48 hours of parcel delivery. Late submissions will not be processed.
• Scratches, cracks or seal breaks caused by buyer mishandling, improper storage or self-disassembly after delivery are excluded from compensation coverage.
