My guess is that it was manufactured in the 1990's

The material content feels like a cotton or cotton blend

It is a little heavier than a broadcloth as it is a flannel

The width is 46 inches 

The length is 1 yard and 30 inches

 I have other craft items up for auction and will combine shipping on multiple wins
