This item is in good shape for its age. There are some folds and creases on the outer covers of several of the booklets and manuals. There are surface wear marks on some of the covers as well. The Service Booklet is completed by the previous owner up thru Page 14. There are also a few smudge marks on many of the booklets. There a few comments written in pen. The inside pages for the most part are crisp and clear on all guides and booklets. The black zippered pouch that holds the materials is in good exterior condition with no tears or rips on the outside. There is a rip in the upper right interior pouch where the stitching has come undone. You can probably take some fabric glue and seal that seam shut. Please see all the photos.
