This is an original Ford Model A starter drive part number A-11354-BR for the early starters that used the 1/2-inch shaft. Not sure but this may be the drive for the multiple disc clutch.  It seems to be in good condition but needs a Bendix spring. It comes with two Ford script 5/16-inch bolts (one script is a little harder to read than the other). It is pictured on page 288 of the service bulletins. (See pictures)
