Precautions for vacuum casting machine:

1, Do not continuous melting casting, every two furnace interval time 40-50 minutes, the amount of more recommended to prepare several crucible rotation.

2, The melting point can not exceed 1100℃, commonly used precious metals are within this range, casting temperature can be set, according to the actual situation, do not exceed the melting point too much, so as not to increase unnecessary load.

3.   Do not melt and cast metals with high impurities, such as sand gold.

4.   Pour out immediately after melting

5. After the gold is melted, the power should be cut off promptly. It cannot be kept warm for a long time. The maximum heat preservation time is about 40 minutes. If it keeps hot for a long time, the furnace wire cannot withstand it and will burn out.
