From 1959 this 45 rpm record is on the MERCURY label with a catalog number of 71465 and it features a white label,a PROMO.It is Louisiana artist PHIL PHILLIPS doing the classic SEA OF LOVE b/w JUELLA.This is a very nice copy appearing unplayed graded near mint and it comes with MERCURY MUSIC FOR EVERY MOOD sleeve I assume is original graded VG++ due to small number in ink....the deadwax shows YWM 1854-2 F on the SEA OF LOVE side.
