Vintage Napco Christmas Girl Head Vase CX2709B 1957 Retro 50s MCM - REPAIR 

PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS. This item has been repaired. Looks as though the arm with package/gift may have broken off and been re-attached. I don't know that for sure, but there is a barely noticeable crack on sleeve by back of gift. It really does not impact the display ability / decorative use of this item but must be disclosed.
