An attractive 9ct rose gold antique signet ring size R heading towards R 1/2. Please see photo on ring gauge for accuracy. I love it and it's a rare find. It's a beautiful rose gold in colour and is lovely and shiny.
It has an old monogram which could be JB it's very ornate and it's always difficult to decider them! I believe it dates to around the turn of the last century (1880 to 1910) due to the design of the ring, the stamp and the cursive initials on the monogram. Impossible to be sure without a date initial.

It weighs 2.5g on both sets of my scales, this is done for accuracy. See photo on my scales.

The head of the ring measures 10.2mm x 7.5mm.

Stamped 9ct for 9 carat gold.
