Due to differences in monitor settings, mobile phone screens, photography lighting, viewing angles and production batches, the actual product color may be slightly different from the pictures shown online.
Dark colors may appear lighter under strong lighting, while beige, brown, coffee, burgundy and gray may show more noticeable differences on different screens.
The stitching, edging and surface material may also have minor shade variations between different production batches. These normal color differences are not considered product defects. Please refer to the actual product received.

The mats are folded or rolled for international shipping. Temporary folds, creases or slight pressure marks may appear when the package is opened.
This is normal and does not affect normal use. The creases will usually become less noticeable after installation and several days of use. Placing the mats in a warm area before installation can also help restore their shape.
Installation is generally simple and does not require professional tools.
Depending on the vehicle model, the package may include plastic clips and self-adhesive hook-and-loop fasteners. Please clean and dry the original carpet before installation.
The mats should not interfere with the accelerator pedal, brake pedal, clutch pedal, seat rails or other moving parts. Please check the installation carefully before driving.

The item should be returned in its original condition and should not be cut, modified, damaged or heavily used. Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address and return instructions.
Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, return shipping costs are normally paid by the buyer.
Because the mats are custom-made according to the vehicle information supplied by the buyer, returns caused by incorrect vehicle information, an incorrect seat configuration, an incorrect driving position or a change of mind may be subject to our return conditions.
