A London bus driver's enamel licence badge of the first type for motor bus drivers, issued from 1897, double sided, with the words "Mechanical Power" to distinguish it from a horse bus driver's badges.

 

All these badges are believed to have been disposed of as landfill, hence the occasional rare survivor's heavy corrosion. In other words, you are unlikely to see another, and if you do, it won't be any better than this one.
