If an item is damaged during shipping, you must provide clear evidence (photos of the damage and the shipping label) so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

If a return is made due to purchasing the wrong part, change of mind, incompatibility, or no longer needing the item, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
