Makita HS008GZ 40Vmax 125mm Cordless Circular Saw (Blue, Body Only)
Overview
A professional cordless circular saw achieving overwhelming cutting speed exceeding AC (100V) machines, via a 40Vmax battery and large brushless motor.
- High-precision one-piece "standard base": with no step on the base underside, it delivers outstanding stability and straight tracking in straight cuts.
- Two selectable drive modes: a speed-focused "speed mode" and a "finish mode" with constant-speed control for beautiful results — for optimal cutting of siding, formwork, joinery, and more.
- Wireless dust-extractor link: fitting a wireless unit (sold separately) auto-links with compatible Makita dust extractors over Bluetooth, starting the extractor with the switch.
- Safe, durable design: "AFT" that detects a drop in speed at kickback and stops automatically, plus IP56 water/dust protection.
- "Z" spec (body only): battery, charger, and case sold separately, but the sharp "Samehada Premium White tip saw" comes standard.

Notes for Overseas Buyers
- IMPORTANT — Body only "Z": the battery, charger, and case are NOT included. Uses Makita 40Vmax (XGT) batteries.
- The Makita charger (sold separately) is Japan domestic spec (AC 100V, Type A plug). For overseas mains (e.g. 120V, 220–240V), use a suitable voltage transformer or a charger rated for your region. A plug adapter alone does not convert voltage.
- Blade 125mm dia. / 20mm bore; replacement blades follow the Japanese market — confirm availability in your region. The blade is sharp; handle with care.
- Sizes are metric. Instructions, if supplied, may be in Japanese; Makita documentation is generally available in English online.
