Upon purchasing an item please make sure you have read my description and ask any and all questions before purchasing (including any offers or discounts, no offers will be considered or accepted after the product has been paid for), and see all photos before making a payment as I will ship things out fast and the window to cancel is very small.

BASICS:

- All items should be washed upon arrival (just like you would wash something after getting it from a store or thrift store).

- Please see all photos before purchasing an item! All stains will be made clear by either a finger pointing or an obvious picture of the stain. Please look closely at all of the photos for any pilling, difference in texture, and the overall condition of the outside of items. You will be able to see any minor scratch or pilling and it is not my intention to hide but must make sure to look at all of the photos so you know exactly what you are getting.

- I will not be able to answer questions like “is this item in good condition” “how bad are the stains”, “what are the stains”,  “do you think this stain will come out”, “ what is the condition” , “how many times has this been worn” , etc. about condition so you need to determine it by looking at the photos I have provided. We have different opinions on what a specific condition is so I prefer not to give mine in case we differ. 

- All items are sold as is. I take plenty of pictures and spend a lot of time taking them. If you can’t determine whether you want it based on the photos it is probably best you don’t buy it. 

MEASUREMENTS / FIT:

-If measurements are not included they can’t and won’t be able to be given. Items are prepacked and ready to go so they can get out as soon as possible. I hold items offsite and they are already in the package they will get delivered in, so I will not be able to provide measurements for any items if they are not in the picture.

- Sometimes measurements can be slightly off depending on how I measure things compared to how you measure things. When looking at the measurements in the photos note where they are being measured from and how the item is laid. Occasionally the tape measure can be a little loose and It is be no means my intention to mislead with measurements so please note exactly how they are done and any discrepancies from the way the tape measure lays. Additionally, different items lay different ways (puffy jackets are harder to measure and there is a disparity possibly because they puff up and some shirts, pants, etc. stretch beyond the measurements provided because they are designed to stretch on the body). Take some consideration when it comes to measurements and if you aren’t sure on the fit compare with an item you have at home to make sure it has the same fit as something you already know you like the fit of to minimize having to make a return or revive something you can’t use.

•  I dont have to ability to get the items after they have been photoed becuase they are held offsite so any questions dealing with extra photos or tags cannot be answered unfortunately because I have the items in a warehouse.

SHIPPING:

- All items will be shipped out after one business day or the morning of the following business day for orders placed later in the day! Business days do not included Saturday, Sunday, or post office holidays. 

• If the shipping price is 10.75 or below i can no provide a better shipping rate. Shipping is a combination of the supplies, gas, labor, etc. and will not be changed for an individual order. The shipping chosen is outlined in the listings and shows an accurate date of arrival based on what I chose. Occasionally, it will arrive slightly early so always keep an eye out on your order :). 
• if shipping is over or close 24.99 contact me and I can lower it a little bit as long as it makes sense from my perspective as it is a calculated rate based on distance from my location to yours. The shipping is calculated by eBay and occasionally there is a cheaper option but unfortunately not very often so only contact me if it is above 24.99 or close to that because likely I’m already using the cheapest option.

- Bundles are welcome and shipping should be combined by eBay! Feel free to order multiple items on my store for a shipping discount! I am happy to negotiate slightly on some items but dont expect huge dicsounts as I can only do so much :).

- If you would like a different shipping option (expedited) or to ship internationally outside of eBay international shipping please contact me and I can arrange that! 

• under no circumstances I will be providing free shipping on any orders unless the item has free shipping already in the listing. If you don’t want to pay what the total comes out to, try sending an offer and factoring shipping in your offer, but I will not alter the shipping regardless of the situation or price of the item. I use my shipping price in addition to the price of my item to be competitive with other listings. Although I am happy to consider offers on any and all items through the offer button!

•  I will not be responsible if something does not fit you given the effort that is put into giving all the information and effort possible in my photos of a product and my clear cut description. If you do not agree with the policy and don’t think it will fit don’t buy unless you are agreeing to the terms and understand how it is going to fit. 

AUCTION SPECIFICS: 

• Please take the consideration to only bid if you are 100% ready to purchase the item at the price you bid. Ended auctions that are not paid for in four days will be reported to eBay automatically when I relist the item and you will get a strike on your account for not making a payment on the item (I do not control this, it is just how eBay makes sure buyers are not taking advantage of the system and prevents price gauging). A bid is a commitment to buy so please ask any questions before doing so. 
• If the bid price is low there is a chance that there is something in the listing that would make the item less valuable than retail price. The condition of the item is very clear given the effort taken in the photos and any flaws or smells that cannot be seen very obviously i will make sure to note above at the very top of the dsecription!

BUYING OVERALLS: 

• See the measurements in the photos! Please take the time to measure the overalls that you have and make sure they measure the same or very close as the ones in the photos. Measure the same way I do to prevent and discrepancy in sizing and having to return them at your cost for not taking the extra step of making sure they will fit you prior to buying. Different brands have different fits and sometimes items shrink or stretch out and get bigger after wear so even if the tag states one thing it could fit differently and brands can size things differently so it’s always safe to compare. 
• Overalls measure differently depending on brand and insulation. They also do not size like a typical garment or pair of pants because the chest measurment and the waist measurment are at play as it covers the whole body. The chest measurement is to help with fit and the waist is to show the widest part of the item. I will provide the measurments in addition to the tag sizing in the photos so use a combination of those to make sure they fit you right.
• Overalls typically are supposed to be bought a few sizes above what you would normally wear in pants, do not use this to make your purchase decision but that is what is suggested according to the top brands and google. Purchase based on previous experience and the way you know they fit you using what I mentioned above.

ISSUES WITH AN ORDER 

• If you have any sort of issues with an order please contact me! I would like to be given the chance to fix any issues that come up prior to having any assumptions made. It is not my intention to sell anything that is not exactly like the photos and I would love to provide a solution if you aren’t happy with your order.
• If the item has not been received through USPS shipping after 14 days and is stuck at a certain location, I am able to open up a missing mail request for the order (please contact me if you would like me to do so), and can have the post office look for the item. If It is assumed lost by the post office and does not show up by the time this process takes place I will be able to get a refund from the post office for the item and can send the refund to you.
