Fleischmann 5525

 

This listing is for a Fleischmann 5525, a self-unloading gravel wagon.  It is HO gauge and 1:87 scale.

 

It seems to be new/ un-run.  It was bought at an auction for a closing model store, so it is very likely new, but we can't 100% guarantee that - so it is necessary to say that is used.  It is in excellent condition.

Canadian orders are shipped with Expedited delivery which offers tracking and comes with $100 liability coverage.

Condition and Description of Items

It is of upmost importance to us that the descriptions we provide of our products are as accurate as possible.  We research all of our products and attempt to provide an honest description of the items and especially of their condition.  However, it can sometimes be very difficult listing items, especially vintage and unusual items that do not come with their original packaging.  Therefore, it is possible that we may miss some feature or issue with an item.  It is critical that our customers know that all items are sold as is and that it is important that you carefully inspect the photos that we provide and ask any questions that you may have before buying.

If you have a question about an item, we are always happy to answer you to the best of our ability.  Also, if you notice a mistake, such as an item not being what we have it listed at, please feel free to contact us with any information you may have and we will investigate the issue and change our listing to reflect any valid new information when appropriate.  We greatly appreciate the community's help in these rare cases.

We are not a pet free facility.  Of course we try our best to make sure there is no dog hair on our items, but it is inevitable that one or two will slip through.  This isn't a big deal and doesn't affect our products, but please keep this in mind if you have any allergies.

 

Returns

We don't generally accept returns; however, obviously if there is a problem with your item when you receive it, we will do what we can to make things right.

It should go without saying, carefully inspect your items as soon as you receive them!  If you feel the item does not match the description provided, contact us as soon as possible!  The longer you have the item in your possession, the more difficult it is for us to provide a solution to any problems.  If we don't know about a problem then we can't do anything to fix it.  Please provide as much specific details as possible about your concern - pictures are very helpful.
