Vintage, used. This cool vintage bumper car that winds up, drives forward, and then reverses when it bumps into something, is a really cool addition to any collection. The wind up works, no key is included. It was made in U.S. zone Germany. It needs some TLC for restoration due to aging, with wear including: dirt, dust, rust, oxidation, dents, paint chips and scratches.
