Brand new. As you can see in the pictures, looking at the outer sole, they were never used. The shoes were scratched during moving.

The first few single pictures are of the right shoe. The leather was scraped, but it can be fixed.

The second few single pictures are of the left shoe. It is less scraped, but it can also be fixed.
