I bought a huge deal of quarter rolls. The rolls are mint issued. These rolls are scarce as they came in a tube inside a clam shell box. In the 25 years since issued I had only ever seen 2 rolls, both without boxes.  The blue and white wrapping used was for this special packaging only.
