***update I have found the other side connection clip so there are now two clips, I have attached a pic of it and it is in the very last two pics***

In good used condition, however it does have some damage to some of the parts and is incomplete.

Has a working tree mechanism, however the top part of the tree has had a substantial glue repair and the back of the tree has a missing section see pics.

The tree is also missing one of its top smaller branches see pics.

The trap door works but has one of its hinge clips snapped off see pics.

The Dungeon door mechanism works well.

This can be used as a restoration project or spares as the other parts without damage are in good used condition.
