Return Conditions

• Free returns require the item to be return in the exact same condition shipped.
  
• Item must be properly packed and NOT shipping without an outer box (unless they were shipped to you that way)
  
• All pieces must be present and packed the way they were shipped to you.
  
• Items that are defective/damaged/don't work must match serial numbers be the original item replaced.
  
• If returned as defective or damaged will be inspected and if defect is not present restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from refund. (even if free returns were offered)
