Listing is for the headlight from a 2000 DS650, this headlight design and plug is the 00-03 models, it is the glass headlight (the 04-07 were plastic) so very hard to find not cracked. Comes with the top and bottom mounting hardware, the bottom screw has a slight bow to it but was easily removed and will mount back on no problem. Both top mounting tabs were cracked but have been mended. Bulb is in there and looks good but it is untested. Comes exactly as pictured.
