PAUL SCARLET CLIMBING ROSE.

Vigorous, upright climbing rose to 3m tall, with relatively thornless stems and dark green foliage. Clusters of semi-double to fully double, bright scarlet-red blooms, once-flowering in midsummer, suited to a north-facing wall.

Grows best in full sun with fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil. For best flowering apply a balanced fertiliser and mulch in late winter or early spring and a balanced fertiliser again in early summer - s Tolerant of poor soil, shade, and a north-facing aspect.
