The Fundamentals Series is the first level of the Method and establishes the foundation needed to begin every horse and human partnership.  This is a pre owned Clinton Anderson Arena Mates booklet companion set with slight wear to the outer sleeve.  The booklets themselves appear unread.  This Fundamental Training method will work with any horse, any breed, any age.  Worried that you'll forget the exercises?  Once you reach the barn rest easy with these detailed arena mates.  It's almost as if Clinton is by your side.  Each of the fifteen booklets features detailed steps from the DVD's, including round penning exercises, groundwork, exercises and riding maneuvers.  Clinton makes it very easy to follow with step by step instruction.  The Arena Mates are easy to stick in your pocket and refer to as you are engaging with your horse.  They address any issues you may encounter during training and give you clear and concise solutions.  This set includes 15 Arena Mates as companions to his DVD series.  Followed completely, you will develop a cooperative and safe partner.  This 15 booklet set includes horsemanship philosophy, roundpenning, groundwork exercises, and riding maneuvers, insuring you won't miss a single step to achieving a trustworthy and respectful partner.  Each exercise is laid out in the easiest, simplest way to understand so that you'll know exactly what steps to take and what you can expect your horse to do when teaching a given exercise.

Riding: 

Confidence in the saddle is achieved by laying a solid foundation of respect and control.  The arena mates step by step instructions will help you remember the finer points of each lesson.  And allow you to take notes for easy reference.  Learn how to transform a stiff, heavy, and unwilling horse into a soft, supple, and cooperative partner.  Under saddle exercises are not only geared toward improving your horse, but building your confidence and increasing your sense of feel and timing as well.
