This is a 2023 Ibis Exie USA mountain bike frame in the Bug Zapper Blue colorway, with Chris King headset and bottom bracket.

This frame has a storied history, so please read carefully.

The frame was purchased new in the spring of 2023.

In the spring of 2025, the front triangle was replaced under warranty due to a seized seat post. The head set and bottom bracket were replaced at this time, too.

In the fall of 2025, the rear triangle was replaced under the crash replacement program, due to a crack caused by shipping the bike on a plane. All the bushings were replaced at this time.

Dirt Labs performed a complete overhaul of the rear shock in the fall of 2025 as well.

So, as of the fall of 2025, the frame was essentially new.

Since then, I struck a rock under the bottom bracket and the frame incurred two sizable gouges. These are shown in the pictures. I have ridden the bike with these gouges for a few hundred miles without issue. However, your experience may differ. Thus, I obtained an estimate from Broken Carbon in Colorado to repair the gouges. Their estimate is $400 plus round trip shipping to/from your location. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN BIDDING.

As I said above, the bottom bracket was replaced in Spring 2025 and still spins smoothly. The fit kit for SRAM Dub is included.

The headset was also replaced in Spring of 2025. The lower bearing is fairly rough, but useable. The upper bearing and other elements of the headset are in good condition.

The lockout lever for the Fox rear shock is included, along with a new set of cables.
