Foot rest with screw attachment. I believe this is a part for an adjustable bench you may have at home, to rest your feet on when you are exercising. Never been used. I am sure you could find a way to use this in a way other than a footrest, as an armrest or something else to suit your needs.Roughly 25 x 35cm Please see photos.
