You have found the missing piece to your Disney collection! Here is a vintage Timid Elmer the Elephant Seiberling latex toy from Walt Disney. This is based on the 1936 movie by Disney. His head does move and so did his legs. It looks like his legs melted into his lower body. His body is hard and his trunk has been repaired. His is about 3 1/4" across by 3 5/8" tall and is in fair to poor condition based on the problems noted above. Please see our Not Just China Store for more Disney and other collectibles.
