This unit shows minimal signs of use and is in very good condition. A new transparent lid (semi-transparent matte finish) has been installed.

After refurbishing, the unit's operation was confirmed using a spare gumstick battery.
There are no signs of battery leakage, and the battery terminals are shiny and clean.
The crucial pinch roller has been replaced with a new one, so there are no dents, smooth or shiny surfaces, and it performs perfectly.
The playback sound is clear, without excessive noise, and produces very good sound.
Playback, stop, fast forward, rewind, and reverse functions have been tested for an extended period.
FWD and REV playback speeds are stable and normal; the speed difference has been measured and confirmed to be within acceptable limits.
