The fine item you’re considering is a Vintage 1986 Scapin Italian Road Racing Bicycle Bike With Campagnolo Group. This high-quality vintage road bike by Scapin looks to date to the late 1980’s and the bottom bracket shell is stamped “B6”. The bottom bracket shell is also stamped “59” which I assume is the size. When I measure from center crank to center top tube/seat tube junction, I get 23” or around 58.5cm so that’s the general ballpark. Top tube, center to center is 22.5 inches, or about 57cm. The bike sports lots of Campy bits including a Campy seat post, Campy hubs laced to Mavic MA-40 clincher rims, Campy downtube shift levers, Campy front derailleur, Campy headset and Campy crank. Rear derailleur is Mavic. The brakes are Modolo with one brake lever sporting a non-original replacement bolt. Bars and stem are Cinelli. Saddle is a modern Bontrager and the pedals are modern platform type. Freewheel is a six speed (six cogs). The bike is in overall nice vintage condition, with some minor spotty oxidation in some areas but nothing bad. No dings or dents. Typical wear to paint and decals. Frame is fully chromed under the paint with exposed chrome fork and stays. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item. Shipping is $174.00. Free local pickup.
