Slide the bottom out to remove the glass panes and insert your own photo. There is a chip between the panes at the very bottom. It is not noticeable when the frame is in use. Only when you remove the glass to add a photo. Other small marks on frame are in photos as well if you look closely. Shown in photos. It’s a great frame, we never used it.
