Surface rust and coating wear present. No significant damage or wear present to the insert seats. 1.5” arbor, 2.5” OAL. Insert screws have all been broken loose and seats inspected for damage. Inserts screws are rusted and should plan on replacing them. Eight sided insert with wipers, included inserts have new edges remaining. Please review all pictures. Ships next day!
