This is a Murex Saffire Series 1ec single-stage gas pressure regulator set, comprising an Oxygen O-4 300 Bar regulator and an Acetylene A-1.5 25 Bar regulator.

Both items are new, though the boxes have been opened.

Both regulators are included as shown in the photos.
