Vintage G.I. Joe Cobra Commander V1.5 1983 w/pistol.  This one has the arms that swivel and it's in excellent condition.  Joints and swivels are tight.  Please let me know if you need any additional angles.  I have wrapped between legs and arms to prevent any rubbing in transit.
