After a year at USC the Lakers drafted him in the second round of the 2024 NBA draft. He played on a two way contract, but you could see his partial in the G-League. In 34 minutes per game, he averaged 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists per game to go with his steering defensive presence, averaging almost 2 steals per game. He did get a handful of minutes in the NBA, averaging only 7 minutes per game, but the potential is there. And he has good genes. He took a step forward in the 2025/26 season, averaging 9 minutes a game, and increasing his field goal percentage from 31% to 40%. the future is very bright
