🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information

United Kingdom – We service all deliveries within the United Kingdom (excluding the areas below) with a Royal Mail service for smaller items, or a premium next day courier service. 90% of our deliveries are received next day by the customer, but where this is not possible please do bear with us. We try our best to ship items the same day as the order, and deliver to the customer the following day.

Channel Islands / Highlands of Scotland / Islands / Northern Ireland – These items will be dispatched as normal within 1 working day, however please allow for some extra days for delivery as these items are sent on a 2–3 day service. We are unable to offer next day service on these locations but we will try our best to get the item to you as soon as possible.

Europe / Rest of the World – When we ship to Europe or elsewhere in the world, we take a few hours extra to triple check the delivery and the product. Shipping to Europe is generally by international courier road economy service and takes between 3 and 7 working days. Shipping outside of Europe will be by international air courier. Smaller items by postage services will take longer, so please bear with us.

Any customs or duty charges are NOT included in our listings and the buyer will be liable for those charges in their own country. We only ship to PayPal approved addresses and cannot update the delivery address after shipping.

🔄 Returns & Faulty Items

Wrong Item Ordered or Changed Mind

Please message us via eBay within 14 days after the purchase. We can then advise on the return procedure.

Please arrange your own courier and make sure that the courier provides you with tracking information and covers you for the cost of any damages or loss, as we would not be held liable. Once the item has been returned, we will assess its condition and issue a refund within 1–2 days.

Alternatively, we can arrange collection on your behalf at a cost depending on the item. Just get in touch.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty on delivery, please report the fault to us within 7 working days before starting a return procedure. We will require photos or a video clearly showing the fault so we can assist you and advise the best course of action.

📦 Item Damaged or Not Received

Any damage or shortage of items upon delivery must be reported to our customer service team within 2 days to be validated. Photos may be required to assess the issue.

Goods that have been fitted or installed will not be considered for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the relevant product guarantee applies.

Please note: Installation or removal costs are not covered—only the product itself is covered.

Our exhausts and all accessories are covered by a purchaser’s lifetime UK Warranty (proof of purchase required).

This warranty covers all exhausts, including accessories purchased from Riderwear Ltd. For as long as you, the purchaser, use our products from the date of purchase, Riderwear Ltd will repair or, at its option, replace—free of charge—any component found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Please note: This warranty does not cover any form of damage resulting from incorrect fitting, accident, neglect, misuse, overheating, use on track days, racing or competition, or use contrary to any instructions supplied by the supplier.
