6 x ART CRAFTS STERLING SILVER BUTTONS, DEAKIN & FRANCIS , BIRMINGHAM, 1903 Here we have an elegant Cased Set of Six Arts Crafts Sterling Silver Buttons from the Edwardian era. The circular buttons feature a central Sunflower and acanthus leaves running arround the border. The case has a black outer covering, a green grosgrain satin inlay in the lid and a green velvet tray holding the buttons.
The buttons were made in Birmingham by the renowned silversmiths Deakin & Francis founded 1786 - present and each button are mark D&F Birmingham date C to 1902
Condition is excellent with no dings or dents The box is also in good condition with just very slight scuffing on the edges. The hinges and clasp are in full working order. Please make sure to view all the photographs.
