Shimano 105 FC-R7000 Crank Arm, 160mm, No Chainrings (Black)
Overview
This is the "left/right crank arms only (no chainrings)" model of the Shimano 105 11-speed road crank. Normally a 105 crankset includes the outer and inner chainrings from the start, but this is just the base part with no chainrings.
Recommended for: those who already have 11-speed 105 chainrings (50-34T, 52-36T, etc.) and just want to change crank length; smaller riders, junior riders, or anyone wanting to try a "short crank" for pedaling efficiency (160mm); and those who want to combine aftermarket chainrings (e.g. oval rings) from the start.

Technology
- Hollowtech II: Shimano's forging hollows the crank arm interior, cutting excess weight while maintaining high rigidity that doesn't waste pedaling power.
- Wide frame compatibility: clearance designed to resist chain interference even on frames with the "135mm O.L.D." rear width and short 410mm chainstays common on recent disc-brake road bikes.
