This is given for morale Cast Members at certain meetings. It is attached to a card that reads, "Thank you for your support in creating an environment where we Respect, Appreciate and Value Everyone." (R.A.V.E.) It features Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald and Daisy Duck. In the lower left corner appears an American (United States) Flag.
