I have printed all the parts of this unit myself, nothing is bought in except the raw filament. All technical drawings are from the public domain or have been designed by myself. Any files from the public domain are used with the original authors consent and fees are paid where applicable.

The first photo would imply 8 drawers vertically, just to be clear - the steel rule is obscuring the bottom row. If you look at the photo of the rear you can clearly see 9 x 4 orange drawers.

This unit can easily be expanded to whatever amount of storage bins you need. Each unit interlocks together providing a secure and convenient solution for all those little bits that just do not warrant a large container but need to be easily found. Each unit is sold with the drawers as well, each unit will hold 36 included drawers. Please see the images for dimensions. I should also point out that this design does not interlock top or bottom, only the sides left or right direction. The top is recessed to accomodate the feet from another unit, but does not interlock. I am working on another design which will accomodate this in the future.

This auction is for a black frame with orange drawers and is the exact item as pictured (except for replacing the 2 deformed drawers)

The drawers have a notch along the top side edge (see picture), this locates against a notch within the cabinet frame to prevent the drawers from slipping out. You will see one of the images where I am holding the unit upside down and the drawers cannot fall out. This is especially useful if the unit is simply free-standing on a workbench or desk and gets bumped or nudged, nothing falls out!! Meaning you do not need to spend that weekend stressed out sorting thousands of little pieces back into their groups and cursing the dog for having his tail in your way!!

The drawers have a small lip on the front to pull them out, they can be a little fiddly as the drawers intentionally lock firmly into place when new and are a tight fit intentionally but will free-up over use and time. Labels can also be attached to the drawers or simply write on them, whatever you prefer.

I can print these in any colour or combination of colours - For example, my own set is blue frames with black & green drawers. If you require something specific please contact me, I will arrange a specific listing for your choice. If you are thinking of a gift for a younger person there are sparkly glitter filaments and of course bright pink as well as glow in the dark and many other variants. 

Please note that there may be a delay if I have to order filament, but I will confirm this with you directly if applicable. I only do 3d printing as a hobby so do not hold a massive array of filaments - and there are 100's of variations available! Provided your choice is standard colour filament that does not incur additional costs there is no difference to the price. Any changes will be confirmed before listing your exact requirements.

The eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed that there are two drawers slightly deformed, these will NOT be sent and replacements are being printed as I am typing this. The unit will be sent with a full compliment of correct drawers.

As I mentioned, this is a hobby for me so I cannot supply bulk numbers. This listing is for one frame with 36 drawers, if you require multiple frames please let me know, as above, I will create a specific listing for you. Due to the amount of variations and combinations of drawer/frame colours it is impossible for me to create enough of the right stock, so I print them to order. The frame can only be printed one single colour (except if using multi-colour filament) but the drawers can be in sets of anything you require.
