Antique African Ashanti (Asante) cast bronze vessel lid depicting a chief with attendants, made using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. This is the lid/top only; the vessel is not included.

Features deep age patina, surface wear, and casting irregularities consistent with an authentic 19th-century ethnographic bronze. Areas of wear and loss are present and reflect age and use.

Likely made in present-day Ghana.
