Description:The Pioneer Pl-514 is well designed and famed for its outstanding reliability. It was built to last using high quality components. A High-performance belt-driven semi-automatic two speed turntable which employs; Anti-skating force control, Audiophile Tonearm, Cueing device, Detachable dust cover, Solid wood cabinet, isolation feet and auto stop/return.
Refurbishments & Upgrades:All internal & external working parts have been properly cleaned, re-wired, serviced, polished, oiled, greased & set up where appropriate - all are in fully working condition.  
The plinth has been stripped and expertly re-veneered using real American Walnut. It has been lightly sanded and treated with Danish oil, it has a lovely wood grain and colour - it looks stunning.
The original Tonearm & Headshell are in excellent, fully working condition. Fully functional with anti-skate, new arm clip/rest, lift/lower device & adjustable weight. The tonearm is fitted with a New ATVM95E cartridge & stylus. Widely regarded as a sweet sounding MM cartridge & an excellent match with this vintage tonearm/deck. Set up correctly using Baerwald geometry. 
Cleaned & oiled the platter bearing & spindle using Van Den Hul turntable grease, runs smoothly.
New and correct belt included.
The original phono cable (50cm length) has brand new high quality gold plated RCA connectors fitted.  
Original Pioneer branded dust cover & hinges, cleaned, polished (8/10).
Original platter mat included + a new pure cork mat.
2 Metre Power cable included.
