Sealing ring replacement instructions:
1. Remove the tail lights and tear off the old sealing ring. If there are any residues, please clean them thoroughly.
2. Tear off the white isolation paper on the back of the new sealing ring (be sure to tear it off, otherwise it may leak if it is not firmly attached), expose the double-sided tape, and then stick the side with double-sided tape on the plastic taillight. The taillight plastic should be pressed in the middle of the sealing ring. (Just lay the sealing pad flat, don't press down on the suspended edge!) 3. Then, if there is dust on the sheet metal where the taillights were originally installed on the car, please wipe it clean (wiping clean is very important!).
4. Just install the taillights onto the vehicle.
Attention: In some car models, leakage of the sealing gasket may enter the tail lights. If there is water ingress, dry it. Those without water ingress can be skipped.
Instructions for dry taillights due to water ingress:
Remove the original taillight and unplug the bulb.
Find a hair dryer. Shake and blow the transparent lampshade with the hot air switch of the hair dryer (be sure to shake and blow, do not blow continuously towards one position, otherwise the transparent lampshade will become soft). Blow until the transparent lampshade feels a bit hot to the touch, then turn on the hair dryer and blow cold air from the original bulb position inward. Repeat this process to dry the moisture in the taillights (some models have double-layer shells for taillights, which need to be dried for a period of time)
