Working Principle: Mechanical pressure is applied by rotating the top lead screw to clamp and lock the pipe fitting and steel sleeve onto the hose, ensuring a sealed connection and preventing dislodgement.
II. Structure and Instructions for Use
Structural Components
U-shaped cast iron main frame, featuring high strength to withstand manual clamping force
Lead screw + transverse force-application rod, utilizing a lever mechanism to apply pressure with minimal effort
Upper and lower clamping dies, designed to work with the included steel sleeve to complete the crimping process
Fastening screws on both sides secure the clamping dies, facilitating disassembly, assembly, and replacement of different sizes
Operating Procedure
Thread the hose through the fitting and steel sleeve, then place the entire assembly into the clamping jaws. Rotate the upper crossbar to drive the lead screw downward, squeezing the steel sleeve to securely grip the hose and secure the fitting to the hose.
