This is in fairly decent used condition. The bill has a little fraying going on as you can see in the picture. I do not see anything for staining, but I am half colorblind. There does look to be some scuff areas on the red part of the hat, but they are fairly hard to see. I’m sure this could use a cleaning, but I will leave that to the buyer so I do not damage anything.
