Beautiful Chinese hand-carved celadon green jade hardstone brush pot featuring raised bi-disc motifs and flowing organic decoration. Carved from a single piece of translucent stone and finished with a smooth polished surface.

When illuminated, the stone displays excellent translucency with a soft green glow throughout the body. The carving incorporates traditional bi-disc forms often associated with Chinese decorative and scholar’s objects.

Measures approximately 8 inches tall and weighs 2 lbs. 4.5 oz. (1035 grams).

Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Displays beautifully.
